Community Safety Plan 2021-2024

The draft Community Safety Plan 2021-24 has been agreed by the Safer Hartlepool Partnership and Finance and Policy Committee and is now out for consultation. The Plan provides an overview of some of the recent activities undertaken to improve community safety in Hartlepool, and sets out the key findings from the Partnership’s 2020 Strategic Assessment and previous public consultation. The proposed strategic objective and priorities in the draft Plan are the same as those identified in the Community Safety Plan 2020-21 .

The proposed strategic objective for 2021-24 is:

               “To make Hartlepool a safe, prosperous and enjoyable place to live, work and visit”

The key priorities for the Safer Hartlepool Partnership in the first year (2021-22) of the Plan are:

  • Anti-social Behaviour
  • Domestic Violence
  • Drugs and Alcohol

Through this consultation we want to hear your views on:

  • The draft Plan and the priorities that we have identified;
  • Community safety within your local area and across Hartlepool.
