Consultation has concluded

The annual Face the Public consultation event and annual Community Safety Survey have now closed. We'll post updates on this page as soon as they become available.

Through this consultation we want to hear your views on:

  • The draft Plan and the priorities that we have identified;
  • Community safety within your local area and across Hartlepool.

This project currently offers residents the opportunity to ask questions of the Partnership and complete a survey to provide their feedback on the draft Community Safety Plan 2021-24 and to help us understand their views on community safety across Hartlepool.

You can also hear about the work of the Safer Hartlepool Partnership in 2020/21 and the findings of the latest Strategic Assessment

Watch the following presentation by Tony Hanson, Director of Neighbourhoods and Regulatory Services at Hartlepool Borough Council.

    About the survey…

    To help us to understand if there are particular views in a specific area of Hartlepool or from specific sections of the community we will ask you to identify some information about yourself including your home postcode. This will not allow any individuals to be identified but will help us to understand your views. If you do not feel comfortable answering these questions then please leave them blank and move on to the next question.

    What happens with the information you provide…

    The data from this survey will be used to inform the final Community Safety Plan 2021-2024.

    The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.

    If you have any questions or would like further information then please contact Hartlepool Community Safety Team on 01429 523100 or by emailing community.safety@hartlepool.gov.uk

    Thank you for participating in the Community Safety Plan 2021-2024 survey – your views are really important to us!
