Starting Well ideas board

We want to ensure access to high quality universal services such as health care and education; early intervention when needed, and targeted support for those who are in difficulties. We want to prevent children and young people from developing emotional problems; having to live in poverty, or are affected by abuse, violence or misuse of substances, so that we prevent problems being passed from generation to generation. 

Our key area of interest under this heading is to decrease the number of children affected by inter-generational cycles of vulnerability e.g. poverty, domestic abuse, drugs and alcohol.
