This survey is for Elected Members. Following the LGA Corporate Peer Challenge and their recommendation “to invest further in Member development to support councillors in their community leadership roles and to ensure the governance system functions efficiently and effectively”, we would like to find out your views on the training and member development sessions provided to you as an Elected Member.
We would like to know:
What you think of the current programme
If there is anything you think we should add to the programme
What you think about the way that the sessions are delivered
Your responses will help us to improve the member development programme. We would like to follow up with you about your comments / suggestions to better understand your responses or ask you how you think we could implement your suggestions. For example, if you say that the courses need to be more accessible we would like to have a chat with you about what we need to do to achieve this. However, if you would prefer to remain anonymous you can do so.
