Literacy Priority Mapping (HBC Internal Only)
Hartlepool Borough Council has made improving the literacy within the town as well as making information we produce more accessible a priority. This is a Council priority, a priority for elected members, and an Equality Diversity and Inclusion objective.
To create a priority framework for HBC we are collating what information is produced by each department.
