Employee communications survey
How should we communicate with you about decisions and developments in the Council that may affect you?
It is very important that everyone is well informed about what is happening in the Council but we know that some communication methods suit some people more than others so with resources being stretched we need to find the method(s) that will get through to the most people.
For example, we run Roadshows as a way to meet senior leaders and find out information direct from the senior officers. Other ways we try to share information include all-staff-emails, posters and the intranet. We want to know if you think these are good ways to communicate with you or if there are other ways that you would like us to use. We are also keen to understand what you think of the health and wellbeing campaigns we have run so far this year. Finally, we have some ideas for new ways to communicate with staff that we’d like to hear your thoughts on and of course, we’d like to hear your ideas too!
We will use your responses to plan our employee communications strategy for the rest of the year.
The survey will close at 5pm on Monday the 8th May.
