Derelict land and buildings survey

This survey can be completed by users of assistive technology, such as screen readers, or anyone else who is unable to drop a pin on the places map tool to tell us about a derelict site. If you have an image of the site you want to tell us about you can upload it as part of the survey. Acceptable file types are JPEG and PNG files. Maximum image size is 10MB.

If you have already used the places tool to drop a pin, you do not need to complete this survey as well because the results from the two tools will be combined for analysis.
