Our Perinatal Mental Health Team will soon be restarting the Spring/Summer Positive Steps Walking Group, ALL walking group routes will be on quite flat ground and will be walked at a social pace, routes are designed to be suitable for those pushing prams/push chairs and postnatal parents.

We want to hear you opinion on where our walks should start from or your ideas for a potential new starting point and we will run the most popular option.
