Organised by Hartlepool Borough Council, the 'Summer at Seaton' event's programme brought a fun-filled family summer to Seaton Carew with a whole host of activity and entertainment on offer including interactive character walkabouts, creative workshops, musicians, giant bubbles and much more. The event launched Saturday 24th July and continued for six Saturdays until the end of August.

A major attraction during Summer at Seaton was 'In Memoriam', a touring artwork by internationally-renowned artist Luke Jerram, acting as a temporary memorial to all those lost during the COVID-19 pandemic and a tribute to NHS staff who have risked or lost their lives. The installation was located in Seaton Park from August 20th - 30th.
