Pharmacy Services Across Hartlepool - Tell us your views (External Stakeholders)
The Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) considers the need for pharmaceutical services in the area, describes current services available in the borough and makes an assessment about current and near future provision.
The Health and Wellbeing Board (HWB) is now preparing a new statutory Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) which will be published in September 2025. Our public and stakeholder engagement process is underway and we are inviting you to contribute.
How can you contribute the views of your organisation or community?
We are inviting views from within, or on behalf of, organisations, service providers or groups and from those who may represent any community, about the impact of current pharmaceutical services on their work with people, or on the people themselves. We also want views on the potential need for pharmaceutical services in the near future.
Written responses are being captured under two broad headings, considering ‘currently available’ and ‘potential near future’ pharmaceutical services. You are invited to consider whether current needs are met and what might offer improvement or better access to pharmaceutical services. Please use the link below to respond on behalf of your organisation, service, group or community.
Please share your views, experiences or comments via this LINK or by clicking the TAKE SURVEY button below.
The closing date for responses is the 30th DECEMBER 2024 and a full consultation on the draft new PNA will then be undertaken early in 2025.
We also want to hear from members of the public. Anyone who lives or works in Hartlepool is also invited to contribute their views and experiences of current and future pharmaceutical services across the town via a survey accessible by the link in the box below. We encourage you to share this link with any eligible individuals such as your staff.
