How to complete the form
Depending on the mystery shopping scenario you have been given to test, you might be able to complete the form as you go during your visit. However, for most of the scenarios it will be more practical to complete the form after the mystery shopping visit has ended. In this case it is best if you can complete the form as soon as you can after the visit while the details are still fresh in your mind.
If you do decide to complete the form during your visit, don't forget that staff may not be aware that you are carrying out a mystery shop so it will be best if you do not complete the form whilst talking to members of staff. We have also tried to give you a scenario that involves something you might need to do "in real life", for example making an enquiry or undertaking an assessment. In these cases it is most important that you get the outcome of the enquiry or assessment you need and filling in this form at the same time could be a distraction so it might be best to leave the form until you get home.
We've given you an online form to fill in so you can do it on your phone or tablet while you are out and about, however, if you would prefer a paper copy please let us know by calling 01429 284172 before you go for your visit.
