Consultation has concluded
The Active Hartlepool service are currently undertaking research with local residents who don’t currently use our facilities, to help us to understand why they don’t and what we can do to enable or encourage people to do so.
So, if you haven’t used our centres within the last 6 months we would love to hear from you!
We are also running a prize draw with a chance to win one of three, 3-month Active3 memberships, which can be used at all three of our leisure centres – Mill House Leisure Centre, Brierton Sports Centre and Headland Sports Centre! To enter, please leave your email address at the end of the survey.
Some of these questions will be about you and your activity levels and some of the questions will be about what we could do to encourage you to use our centres.
The survey will be open until the 18th October 2023.

We asked you how would you prefer to book an activity with us. Over half of the respondents wanted to book an activity either on an app or on a website. So we introduced a brand new, easier to use, online booking & payment system, along with an app.
We asked you how would you prefer to sign up to a membership with us. Over half of the respondents wanted to sign up online. So we introduced a brand new online joining platform which means customers can sign up for a membership online, as well as manage their account with us whenever they want.
We asked you if we had an app would you download it. Nearly 80% of respondents said yes, so we have introduced an app for customers to use when accessing our services. Customers can download the app and be in control of their fitness routine at their very fingertips.
