This is a chance to have Your Say and provide suggestions that will help us improve your experience at work.
We are offering an extra days annual leave to one lucky employee upon completion of the survey. The draw is anonymous and details of how to enter will be provided once you have completed this survey.
Last year you identified 27 main areas for improvement and you can find the 32 actions that we delivered on in our You Said, We Have action plan results (you can find these at https://tinyurl.com/yousaid24 or a copy can be provided for you, just contact HR@hartlepool.gov.uk).
You may notice that the questions and structure is similar to the 2023 and 2024 survey as this helps us to benchmark against your previous responses to gauge improvement, identify trends and focus on key issues.
This survey will run to the 9th February 2026. All the information you provide is completely anonymous and should take around 5 minutes to complete. We’d love to hear from you!
