    Within this service you will provide in-house legal advice and support to all departments of the Council. This covers a wide range of specialist areas such as child and adult welfare, education, planning, housing and environmental law. You will ensure the Council is compliant and that statutory requirements are met as well as help deliver good governance across the Council through administrative, advisory and strategic roles in areas such as Electoral, Member, Democratic and Statutory Scrutiny Services.
