Consultation has concluded
Interested in Hartlepool’s heritage? Keen on community spaces? You might be interested in joining the citizens panel of the Museum of Hartlepool.
Receive a £20 voucher for each meeting attended.
The Museum of Hartlepool is undergoing an exciting transformation, called the Tides of Change. The project is looking to make Hartlepool's heritage and museum accessible and engaging to all. This includes developing new resources such as a new learning space, new displays and more. Key to the project is restoring the iconic PS Wingfield Castle and highlighting the town's maritime heritage.
For this project we are looking for residents of Hartlepool who can help us on our journey. This would be by joining our citizen's panel.
As a panel member you would meet a few times a year to give valuable feedback on the project. On everything from activities, displays and more. If this sounds like something you might be interested in, please sign up here.
These volunteering opportunities are made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we’re proud to offer these exciting ways for the community to get involved in preserving and celebrating Hartlepool’s maritime heritage.
