What is the Church Street Revival?
The Church Street Revival is a Townscape Heritage Scheme partnership between the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Hartlepool Borough Council.
The project has three main facets; the improvements made to the street and paving, grants provided to buildings to carry out repairs and restoration of historic features, and a programme of activities to raise awareness about the history of Church Street and its people.
This questionnaire is focused on the improvements made to the street in 2019 and the forthcoming plans to restore buildings on Church Street with grants.
