The Big Conversation: What it's all about?
A major public consultation and engagement exercise has been launched by Hartlepool Borough Council.
The Big Conversation – Your Say, Our Future is running for 10 weeks until the end of January 2024. We want to hear from residents and partners from the public, private and voluntary and community sectors to find out how they feel about Hartlepool. We also want to hear your thoughts and ideas about the type of place you want Hartlepool to be in the future.
What we hear through the Big Conversation will help inform the development of a new Council Plan which will set out the Council’s priorities for the next 5 years.
How to Get Involved
You can share your views in a variety of ways, including:
- By completing our online survey (or pick up a paper copy in a community venue near you. See our FAQs for locations)
- No time to complete the full survey? Then you can complete one of our postcards instead
- Join in our virtual Q&A - click the link to ask a question
- Vote for the priority that you think is most important in our quick poll
- Join a face-to-face chat at places such as the Council’s Community Hubs and other Council venues (listed on our Big Conversation Hub page)
- If you are a member of a residents or community group and would like to host your own Big Conversation we can help you! Check out our community groups page for more information
