We will use the results to help plan future service improvements. Anything you tell us is confidential and you do not need to answer any questions that do not apply to you.
If you would like an accessible version, such as large print, or have any queries about the survey please contact the Housing Team on (01429) 523336 or at housingservices@hartlepool.gov.uk. The closing date for the survey is Sunday 21st August 2022. As a thank you, all completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw to win a £25 shopping voucher. In order to be entered into this free prize draw, you will need to provide us with your contact details at the end of the survey.
