Public Space Protection Orders 2023
Consultation has concluded
Project Update
In summer 2023 we asked you whether you thought that the Public Space Protection Orders relating to the control of dogs and the installation of alley gates in back street areas of Hartlepool should be extended for a further 3 years. Respondents to the consultation were keen for the protection orders to continue and a report was submitted to the Neighbourhood Services Committee who approved the proposal. The next date for renewing these orders will be 2026.

In this consultation we would like to hear your views about whether two of these should be extended for a further 3 years.
