As part of developing this strategy we want to consult with our residents, businesses and visitor as to their views on the proposed document to ensure that we take your views and opinions into account in the Parking Strategy 2022 -2032.
The strategy draws together a broad range of issues including supply and demand for parking, safety, security and quality of provision along with new technology. It is also the key link between parking and land use and the delivery of the local and regional transport plan. Over recent years there has been a number of changes to policy at a national levels which has impacted on how parking is provided, managed and enforced.
