Hartlepool Borough Council is proud to be a signatory of the armed forces covenant. As part of this commitment to the armed forces, the Audit and Governance Committee would like to better understand how veterans are being supported with their health needs. We know that all GP practices in Hartlepool have signed up to the Veteran Friendly GP accreditation scheme which is great for our town!
We are asking all GP practices in Hartlepool to share their experiences of supporting veterans. You can do this by completing this short survey.
The information you share will help to develop a set of recommendations to further support veterans in Hartlepool.
