Our Annual Employee Survey offers you the opportunity to have your say. Your voice provides Hartlepool Borough Council with information that helps us to achieve Our Vision: to enable and innovate a workforce that has the community at its heart delivering the best of services.
Your feedback and opinions are completely anonymous and provide invaluable insight into ways in which we can develop our workforce strategies and help us become an ‘employer of choice’.
