Start Recovery

START is a partnership between Hartlepool Borough Council (HBC) and Foundations, delivering an integrated substance misuse treatment service. The service commissioned by Hartlepool Borough Council Public Health team, deliver community based treatment services to the adults and young people of Hartlepool.

Employees provide both care coordination of cases and psychosocial interventions (PSI), alongside Foundations clinical services.
