If you’re keen to help people to lead more active, healthy lives and love working with people, there are many roles that you can play as part of our team. Roles range from customer service and administration; coaching and instructors; pool lifeguards; and other sports participation jobs that help to run and manage our three leisure centres, sports pitches, Summerhill Country Park & Visitor Centre and Carlton Adventure.

If you have the passion, skills and motivation to help establish Hartlepool as an exciting, creative place then our team might be the place for you. Our indoor and outdoor performance venues - The Town Hall Theatre, Borough Hall and Elephant Rock - have a range of roles, from working with people, to technical skills (like sound and lighting), developing creative programmes and organising amazing events.

The Community Hubs and branch libraries offer a venue to enhance the lives of Hartlepool residents and you could be a vital part of that team. You could help the Hubs in providing access to health & wellbeing support, digital services, social activities and a range of information and advice. They provide a safe and welcoming environment that also includes the library offer, a local & family history resource, employment and skills support and the Support Hub.
