We support people aged 18 years or over who are vulnerable or at risk. We can help:
- older people (people who are aged 65 or over)
- people with learning disabilities
- people with mental health needs
- people with physical disabilities
- people who are having difficulty with their hearing or sight
- young people or adults who care for relatives or friends
We're currently looking for social workers, occupational therapists and support workers in a range of teams.

The Social Workers and Contact Officers take requests for help (called referrals) over the telephone or in person. ISPA deal with referrals for all areas of Adult Social Care, including:
- Safeguarding
- Social Work assessments
- Occupational Therapy assessments

The facility was developed following several years of public consultation with local people and is operated by Hartlepool Borough Council and hosts a number of disability related organisations each providing their unique range of services.
