Active and Creative Hartlepool Staff Survey 2025

This is the 2025 Active & Creative Hartlepool staff survey.

The aim of this survey is to conduct some research to understand your views as members of staff within the Active & Creative Hartlepool service.

We appreciate that some colleagues will wish to complete the survey and feed back comments anonymously. That is fine, of course and there is the opportunity to remain wholly anonymous. However, we do hope that you feel able to comment in good faith.

The closing date for this survey will be Friday 11^th April 2025.

We will be back in touch with you with the analysis of comments at the end of June and may also be inviting you to help us plan and deliver improvements moving forward.
